- Items must be purchased directly from Dohrek, either through our official website or authorized retail stores.

- The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and labels attached.

- The request for an exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

**2. Eligible Items for Exchange and Return:**

- We accept exchanges and returns for all regular-priced items.

- Items purchased on sale, preorder, or as part of any promotional offer may not be eligible for return, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

**3. Process for Exchanges and Returns:**

- To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email at contact@dohrek.com.

- Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.

- We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

**4. Shipping for Exchanges and Returns:**

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to Dohrek, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

- In case of exchanges, Dohrek will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) to the customer.

**5. Refund and Exchange Processing:**

- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund or initiate the exchange within 5 business days.

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the requested item(s). If the desired item is not available, we will provide you with the option of choosing an alternative or receiving a refund.

**6. Non-Returnable Items:**

- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items such as underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel, unless they are deemed to be defective upon receipt.
